The reality is we’re not perfect and we’re not living in a perfect world. Things will not go as expected at times which can result in mental health concerns, such as stress, anxiety and/or a decreased mood. If we spend our time dwelling on these minor setbacks, we’re missing the opportunity to build resilience and improve our mood.
