Having hope that things will get better and you’ll feel better emotionally can help you on your path. Believe deep down that tomorrow will be better. Maybe even track how you’re feeling day-to-day through journaling. There may be incremental improvements in your mood that you’re missing because it’s sometimes hard to see them when they’re at a slow pace. But if you do start to see the trend in a positive direction, this can help you gain and sustain positive momentum.
