Out of any profession, research has demonstrated that lawyers have one of the highest incidences of mental health and alcohol/drug use concerns. Stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, alcohol use, couples concerns, career challenges and more are common.
Why am I uniquely qualified to provide therapy to a lawyer? Because I am a lawyer and practiced for years before changing careers and becoming a therapist specializing in helping lawyers, judges, law students, paralegals and others in the legal field.
